Hinges and gaskets are sound?
Labels are clear, secure and show the correct product
All packs are less than 115 hours old (Australian containers at BNRB high risk sites only*)
Packages are clean with no snow, ice, plants, soil, seeds, insects or other biological material
Wrapping is undamaged and secure. There are no signs of mould or damp on product
Packs are stable and have square edges
Number and position of straps is correct (see Packing Instructions for full details)
All straps are tight and secure. Strap seals are secure and well bonded
All solid wood packing material has clearly visible ISPM 15 stamps
Gluts are positioned beneath straps and are not wider than the packs
Stacks are stable with no overhanging layers
Lumper and booster packs are at the bottom of stacks
Loading area, equipment and stacks are free of all biological material
All unused packing materials have been removed
Dunnage underneath packs does not overlap, one dunnage per stack, no stacked "stick gluts"
Single packs are not placed in the centre of the top layer (pyramid)
Empty space is minimized, both horizontally and vertically
Post stuffing photos taken (see container inspection checklist for sample pictures)
Re-check that container is free of BNRB
Container sealed and locked after stuffing
